The Heart
Donor unknown · condition — negotiable
Holding, or being held — undetermined
The first artifact is the one everyone arrives carrying. A heart, mid-gesture, caught between offering and withdrawing. We do not know whose it was. Every visitor who has stood before it has reported the same thing: that it looks exactly like their own.
It is assembled from dust because that is what a heart becomes when the sentences said to it go unexamined. The instruments in this museum exist to examine the sentences.

The Quotation
Speaker unknown · date disputed
Meaning — undetermined
The most contested artifact in any relationship is the sentence itself: what was said, in which tone, and whether it happened at all. This mark is assembled from dust because that is how quotations survive — in particles, re-arranged by every retelling.
Hold it in focus and it sharpens. Let go, and it drifts — exactly like memory under pressure. The instruments in the next room exist so you don't have to hold it alone.

An argument autopsy. Feed in the excuse; receive the fallacy, the plain-English translation, and a flat clinical narration of what the sentence was built to do.

It describes text, not people
No output concludes that anyone is an abuser. A flagged phrase is a pattern in words. Intent lives in a person; these instruments only ever see a sentence.
Mitigating evidence counts
Apologies, concessions, and hedging genuinely lower the reading. An instrument that can only escalate isn't an instrument — it's a mirror.
A clear result is not absolution
Harm travels in tone, history, and timing — places no text analyser reaches. If it felt wrong and nothing flags, your read still counts as data.
Every claim shows its source
Each pattern carries its lineage — Freyd, Stark, Sweet, Bancroft, Gottman — printed verbatim, so you can check the work.
